Store Policy

ALL SALES ARE

Special orders
cannot be returned to the manufacturer, they are
specially cut for each customer.

A 50% deposit
is required on all special order merchandise.
-
Balances on all
special orders must be paid in full within 30 days
of receipt.
-
No personal
checks will be accepted on day of pickup.
-
A 50%
non-refundable deposit is required to place
merchandise in layaway and the balance is due within
30 days.

SALE GOWNS ARE
SOLD “AS IS”.
-
Alterations are
available at an additional charge.
-
The garment
must be paid in full before it can be released for
alterations.
-
Alterations are
by appointment only, you must have the undergarments
and shoes that you will be wearing or we cannot do
the alterations.

Bridal Boutique
has no obligation after garments of merchandise has
been released to the customer, please inspect all
merchandise carefully before leaving the store.

Due to the
increased traffic and the risk to your gown being
stepped on when you try it on, no Saturday pickups
are requested. Our store is open Thursday evenings
until 7:00 p.m. for your convenience.

Dye lots may
vary-All bridesmaids should be ordered at the same
time and from the same store to insure they are all
cut from the same dye lot.

It is
impossible for Bridal Boutique to cancel a special
order once the manufacturer has placed the order
into production.

We do not
guarantee fit if measurements are called or brought
in.
-
We cannot be
held responsible for weight gain or loss, or
pregnancy.
